Child Obesity Prevention Feeding Classes at Stanford
<p>Stanford University is offering parent education classes on the topic of child feeding. These classes are aimed at preventing future eating and weight problems in your children. The classes are for families with one or both parents overweight and a child between the ages of 2-4. Silicon Valley Brass Band Concert
<p>The Silicon Valley Brass Band, under the direction of Tony Clements, will present its season opening concert of the 2009-2010 season on Sunday, November 1st at 2:30 p.m. at West Valley College, 14000 Fruitvale Ave., Saratoga, in the Campus Theatre, near Parking Lots 1 &amp; 2. Suggested donation is $10. The group is a 30-piece brass and percussion ensemble formed in the tradition of a brass band, with a unique, rich sound.
